Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transfer materials and products without causing damage.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure all items are received and stocked in assigned locations, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Material Handling: Assist in the movement of goods within the warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks and equipment.
  • Cycle Counts: Participate in regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Will Calls: Complete will calls in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Paperwork and Transaction Entries: Complete all necessary paperwork and transaction entries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including regular inspections of equipment and reporting any concerns to management.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Follow established standard operating procedures, work processes, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of warehouse experience, with 1+ years of industrial forklift experience preferred.
  • Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, high level of attention to detail, basic computer skills, and ability to operate a forklift safely.
  • Certifications: Must be eligible to be forklift certified in-house within 30 days.
Working Conditions

This is a warehouse position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $21.13.
