Qualifications:
  • Education: College education a plus, but good related work experience in the fence industry or general construction required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities, proficient in financial management and budgetary control, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to analyze complex data and make sound decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ODOO familiarity.
Working Conditions:
  • Primarily office-based with regular visits to project sites.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
