Job Summary:

As a Security Officer at Caesars Entertainment, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets, employees, and guests in accordance with company policy. We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in security or law enforcement, or a military background, to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests and employees in various situations, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Respond to and investigate incidents and accidents, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests, employees, and property.
  • Communicate effectively with outside authorities, including law enforcement, fire department, and paramedics, as needed.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures, providing direction and instruction to guests and employees in emergency situations.
  • Stay knowledgeable about investigations, gaming regulations, and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Alcohol Awareness Card.
  • Gaming License.
  • CPR and AED certification.
  • Ability to restrain adults weighing over 200 pounds.

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Run, stand for long periods, and work in various temperatures.
  • Walk entire shifts, maneuver in confined spaces, and climb stairs.
  • Guest contact, reach, bend, stoop, twist, hear, type, and tolerate high noise areas.
  • Speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Work flexible schedules and in second-hand smoke environments.
  • Push and pull up to 150 pounds, lift up to 60 pounds, and handle accurate money and chips.
