Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Home and Community Care Specialist to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • Assist with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage participation in community activities and favorite hobbies
Requirements:
  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience necessary
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Ability to communicate effectively, adapt to changing situations, and multitask
