Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wire Drawing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will operate specialized machinery to draw and stretch wire according to precise specifications.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accurately interpret work instructions and process sheets to ensure efficient operation.
  • Prepare the machine by setting up feedstock and ensuring proper stringing procedures are followed.
  • Perform welding operations to seamlessly connect wire packages.
  • Remove completed wire packages, secure them for transport, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on the drawn wire, recording results meticulously and adhering to established protocols.
  • Utilize production monitoring systems to track progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal performance.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
