We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Capital Markets team at Monroe Capital Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leveraged finance transactions, market deal terms, and credit analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Capital Markets team to create syndication marketing materials and due diligence packages.
- Support deal execution as a primary point of contact, communicating with deal team members and clients, including corporate executives, private equity clients, and bank investors.
- Collect market feedback by vetting proposed transactions with prospective lenders.
- Collaborate with underwriters and legal counsel to prepare documentation for syndicated loans, including credit agreements.
- Act as a point of contact for the market on deal syndications, diligence, execution, and closing.
- Manage deal datasites and bank group administration for a subset of agented deals.
- Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of experience in a leveraged finance/underwriting/capital markets position.
- Strong credit and corporate finance skills.
- Experience generating marketing materials.
- Familiarity with middle market and a solid understanding of the overall leveraged loan market.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to interact directly with lenders and financial sponsors, professional advisors.
