Service Engineer for Semiconductor Equipment

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service support for semiconductor equipment at various customer locations. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of advanced systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor semiconductor systems, performing necessary diagnostics and regular tool calibrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system failures effectively.
- Provide basic application support, including recipe setup, defect detection, and analysis.
- Conduct customer training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and the support/research teams.
- Coordinate logistics and on-site activities to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Semiconductor Manufacturing.
- Prior experience with semiconductor equipment is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Self-driven and a collaborative team player.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
- Must hold a Green Card or be a U.S. Citizen.
