The Leadership Role involves assisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in the effective operation of a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while fostering a positive work environment for all team members. This position encompasses responsibilities in Guest Service and Shift Oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in daily restaurant operations within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure adherence to established food safety and quality standards by following corporate procedures.
- Oversee compliance with Chicken Salad Chick protocols in all areas of the restaurant.
- Train and mentor hourly team members during shifts.
- Guarantee the highest level of hospitality and service for all guests.
- Provide coaching to team members as necessary during shifts.
- Maintain accurate personnel records, schedules, and reports.
- Prepare and manage administrative and financial documentation as instructed by the General Manager.
- Ensure that promotional activities and marketing strategies are executed according to company guidelines.
- Maintain operational hours during shifts.
- Enforce safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with all regulations.
- Make decisions regarding team member assignments and operational execution while keeping the restaurant clean.
- Consult with the General Manager or Assistant Manager on hiring, disciplinary actions, and other significant decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
