Job Title: Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer

Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, improving productivity, and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement tooling to improve manufacturing efficiency
  • Develop and implement assembly process plans to optimize production
  • Design and implement material handling equipment to improve workflow
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Develop and implement manufacturing process flow to reduce costs and improve productivity
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
  • Conduct time and motion studies to optimize production lines
  • Design and implement racking systems to improve material storage and handling
  • Validate racking systems to ensure safe and efficient use
  • Design and implement special purpose tools and equipment to improve productivity
  • Develop and implement quality checking gauges to ensure quality
  • Support the development of bills of materials and routing documents
  • Conduct costing analysis to optimize production costs
  • Support the make vs. buy process to optimize production
  • Support the annual consumption validation process to optimize inventory
  • Support the material flow and standardization process to improve efficiency
  • Provide daily support to projects and interact with customers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Engage with vendors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Support the continuous improvement process to ensure ongoing improvement
  • Support the implementation of 5S principles to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement layout plans to optimize production
