Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-disciplinary teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, content developers, technical writers, and quality assurance consultants.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and results to stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to maintain exceptional standards in training program execution.
  • Support the program director in selecting appropriate designers and developers, as well as in resource allocation for each project's timeline.

Work Environment:

This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing training projects, utilizing methodologies such as Agile, SAM, Scrum, or traditional Waterfall.
  • In-depth understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design frameworks, and eLearning technologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with MS Project is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the energy sector or related fields such as utilities or nuclear is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this position is between $60.00 and $70.00, with individual compensation determined by various factors including experience, education, and relevant certifications.
