The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the functional leaders of Operations and Quality/Regulatory Affairs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and ordering as needed.
- Prepare reports and notes from meetings, distribute to relevant parties, and follow up as necessary.
- Design and proof PowerPoint presentations and other visual aids.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Reconcile expenses, invoices, and bills.
- Train staff on the use of Concur (Expense Management System).
- Assist in onboarding new hires and provide receptionist and executive assistant support as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Two years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong computer and internet research skills, with experience in Excel, Word, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized and flexible, with ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
