Position Overview:
As a Securities and Exchange Commission Reporting Analyst at Testing Solutions Inc, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and submission of financial disclosures mandated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Your expertise will ensure our compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations, contributing to the integrity of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and file accurate financial disclosures for periodic SEC reports.
2. Research and interpret accounting standards and financial disclosure regulations to determine necessary financial disclosures.
3. Prepare and review internal management reports alongside various financial reports for analytical purposes.
4. Collaborate with team members to maintain document consistency and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
5. Support various teams in completing securities offerings and other regulatory filings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations (SEC knowledge preferred, but not mandatory).
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP FI/CO modules is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities.
- Capacity to work independently and engage effectively with leadership and colleagues.
- CPA or CMA certification is preferred but not required.
