Bank Regulatory Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bank Regulatory Reporting professional to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day financial reporting and schedule preparation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:- Prepare schedules and related workpapers in support of quarterly OCC, Federal Reserve, and SEC filings, including the FR Y-9C, FR Y-9LP, and FFIEC 041 Call Reports filing.
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules.
- Prepare regulatory capital ratios in accordance with regulatory requirements and analyze differences period over period for reporting to senior management.
- Review and research accounting transactions to correct errors and monitor external changes to GAAP and RAP.
- Communicate and escalate issues to the Management Team as required and maintain policies and procedures and utilize best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Extensive SEC/bank regulatory reporting accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Excel (must have).
