Position Summary

As an Automotive Financial Services Manager, you will cultivate strong relationships with customers, implement effective sales methodologies, and maintain the dealership's commitment to high ethical standards.


Core Responsibilities
  • Establish and monitor critical performance indicators for the dealership, including vehicle sales, service agreements, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop financing strategies and payment alternatives tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold ethical practices.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions.
  • Prepare and finalize loan documentation and financial transactions.
  • Assist the sales manager and sales team as needed.
  • Oversee the inventory of financial department resources.

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of experience in dealership finance and insurance (F&I) management or sales is essential.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Strong communication skills, a dedication to customer satisfaction, and the ability to establish rapport with clients are necessary.
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office applications and computer software is required.
