About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a clinical leader in dialysis care. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings is a plus
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus
