About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of maintenance workers to ensure production equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Monitor and oversee the maintenance of production equipment and related systems.
  • Assist with root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement fixes.
  • Oversee the activities of the maintenance department, including reviewing and approving preventative maintenance documents.
  • Schedule and manage preventative maintenance activities.
  • Responsible for building a world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance team.
  • Interface with other departments to ensure customer deadlines are met.
  • Hire, train, and coach employees, and work with HR on employee discipline issues and terminations.
  • Oversee safety team activities and monitor and enforce safety requirements.
  • Build a positive work environment and develop measures to improve production methods and equipment performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a position similar to this role.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing people and projects.
