About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio.
  • At least 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
