Revenue Management Director Job Summary

Martin Resorts seeks a skilled Revenue Management Director to lead the development and implementation of a revenue management strategy that exceeds budgeted targets and revenue goals annually. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing revenue growth strategies, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a revenue management strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make recommendations to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, including sales strategy, organizational structure, pricing, relationship management, marketing programs, and revenue goals
  • Optimize pricing and inventory by tracking consumer demand and market conditions using revenue management systems
  • Participate in daily business reviews with group sales to recommend group pricing evaluations and optimize group sales branded systems
  • Drive profitability by selling through the right sales channels, including rooms, F&B, group meetings, weddings, and ancillary services
  • Prepare sales strategy meeting agendas, supporting documentation, and facilitate all such meetings
  • Analyze data dynamically each week to identify trends, fill short-term need times, and assess day forecast obstacles to achieving goals and modifying sales strategies accordingly
  • Make recommendations and strategize with the team to accomplish financial objectives and initiatives
  • Proactively develop and manage key internal relationships on property
  • Manage to budget by reviewing operating statements, preparing daily/weekly/monthly/annual forecasts and reports
  • Provide useful data to operational departments to effectively schedule to business demands

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management or a related field
  • Proven track record of creating and executing revenue growth strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000, depending on experience
