Competitive Compensation Package
We offer a competitive annual salary of $95,000 - $115,000, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401K retirement savings plan with company match.
Job Description
The Service Manager oversees all service operations, including customer relations, P&L budgeting for the department, training of service employees, management of service technicians' work area, prioritization of work orders, and ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Operations Management: Lead and oversee all service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Financial Management: Manage P&L budgeting for the service department to achieve financial targets and objectives.
- Employee Training & Development: Provide training, coaching, and support to service employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Work Area Management: Supervise and manage the service technicians' work area to ensure organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Work Order Prioritization: Prioritize and allocate work orders effectively to meet customer needs and operational requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed by service technicians and staff.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Management Experience: 2-5 years of experience in management or supervision of repair, installation, service, support, or other leadership roles.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative, organizational, and service-oriented capabilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, smartphones, and tablets.
- Leadership Qualities: Ability to inspire, lead, and motivate others with a quick learning ability.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
