About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Pacific Companies, Inc. in beautiful Oregon.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our family practice department and work collaboratively with a talented team of healthcare professionals.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary, estimated to be up to $300,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive an annual quality bonus of $20,000.

A signing bonus and relocation assistance will also be provided to support your transition to this new role.

About the Job

As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading our family practice team and overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, managing a team of APPs and MAs, and providing exceptional patient care.

You will also have the option to work on inpatient services for additional pay, although this is not required.
