**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance and Financial Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products and services, increasing revenue and driving business growth.
- Work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our agency remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business or business-to-consumer environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed and advance in your career.
- Property and Casualty license (must have currently) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
