Position Title: Senior Oracle Analyst - People Analytics

Compensation: $55/hr - $57/hr
Overview: A reputable client is in search of a Senior Oracle Analyst specializing in People Analytics for a remote contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design Oracle HCM reports and dashboards with a focus on low-code solutions using OTBI and FDI.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to extract detailed requirements for reporting and dashboard initiatives.
- Independently create reporting solutions that address HR business challenges with minimal oversight.
- Document assumptions and processes to ensure smooth functional transitions.
Essential Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of OTBI subject areas and Fusion Analytics Warehouse/Data Intelligence (FAW/FDI).
- Proficiency in OTBI and FDI, with experience in Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP).
- Strong ability to develop solutions with limited technical direction.
- Previous experience in an HR environment, with a solid understanding of HR processes and data.
- Familiarity with HCM and FDI security to align with scalable security frameworks.
- Expertise in OTBI with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience.
