About the Role

We are seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee our multi-family portfolio in the Dallas area. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, administration, operations, and financial performance of assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance, including rent growth, occupancy, and resident satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with investors, owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate a team of property managers and support staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are being managed in accordance with company standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-family property management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in property management, including rent growth, occupancy, and resident satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license.
  • Certification or designation from an accredited organization, such as ARM, CAM, CAPS, or CPM, is preferred.
