Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to oversee the invoice and collection processes, while also supporting accounts payable functions. This role requires close collaboration with the finance team to maintain accurate records, resolve billing discrepancies, and manage both incoming and outgoing payments efficiently.

About the Role:

  • Accounts Receivables: Ensure accuracy and compliance by reviewing all invoices for correctness in terms, amounts, and supporting documentation before distribution.
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor incoming payments and ensure they are applied accurately to customer accounts.
  • Collections Management: Follow up on overdue accounts and implement collection strategies to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Customer Account Management: Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and communications.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on outstanding receivables and ageing accounts to provide insights for management.
  • Data Entry into Accounting Software: Accurately enter invoices, payments, and vendor information into the accounting system to maintain up-to-date records.

Accounts Payables:

  • Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for timely payment.
  • Payment Coordination: Schedule and execute payments in accordance with payment terms and company policies.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable by ledgers.
