We are seeking an Associate Director of Patient Advocacy to join our Partnerships & Alliances organization and contribute to our mission of freeing patients from the siege of autoimmune disease.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a global patient advocacy strategy and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective local partnerships with patient advocacy organizations.
- Collaborate closely with Kyverna Patient Engagement and Communications to ensure seamless information exchange.
- Link patient groups with necessary information and resources to support patients and their caregivers.
- Support patient identification and engagement to develop patient insights.
- Support advancement of Regulatory, Medical, and Market Access initiatives.
- Ensure compliance requirements are well understood and adhered to.
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of patient advocacy experience, with at least two years at an established biopharmaceutical or medical device company
- Understanding and adherence to compliant patient engagement requirements
- Established connections within the Neurology and Rheumatology advocacy community (desirable)
- Ability to initiate, establish, and maintain partnerships with patient organizations
- Effective oral presentation and written communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to think creatively when addressing complex situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with Regulatory, Market Access / HEOR, Clinical Operations, Research, and other internal functions
- Self-starter, works effectively in teams
The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses, benefits, and participation in the Company's stock option plan.
