Job Summary

FHP Manufacturing, a joint venture between Robert Bosch GmbH and United Technologies Corporation, is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our assembly department, you will be responsible for operating testing equipment, assembling and brazing copper piping, and ensuring 100% unit compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate testing equipment, including Decay test, e-box, subassembly testing, and end-of-line test at run-off.
  • Use piping schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and work instructions to ensure unit compliance.
  • Assemble and braise copper piping, assemble refrigerant components for brazing, and read and use wiring diagrams to complete electrical circuits.
  • Meet production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and apply work instructions, follow directions, and understand and execute safety and quality procedures.
  • Experience reading and understanding wiring diagrams.
  • Wiring skills and working with electricity.
  • Flexibility to work in other departments when requested and ability to work overtime when needed.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
