As a skilled Change Management Specialist at Sia Partners, you will drive large-scale transformations and human capital development for our clients. You will be responsible for managing and delivering business-critical change initiatives, creating customized change management strategies, and leading impact analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in achieving sustainable performance and improvements within their organizations.
  • Create a customized change management strategy and roadmap based on the needs of the project and implement the change management activities for each phase of the project.
  • Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years' experience leading significant business transformation engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations.
  • Consulting experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills.
