Key Responsibilities- Investment Analysis: Assist in the analysis of investment opportunities, including asset allocation and strategy research, investment sourcing, underwriting, and execution.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor investment managers' performance and ensure that allocations taken and current exposures are in accordance with established investment policy guidelines.
- Due Diligence: Participate in sourcing and ongoing due diligence efforts to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Strategic Projects: Assist with the completion of strategic projects assigned by the Office of Investments staff.
- Performance Reporting: Update and distribute performance and economic models maintained by the Office of Investments.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Office of Investments staff.
- Education: Progress towards a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in accounting, finance, law, economics, mathematics, computer science, data science, or a related degree.
- Experience: Completion of the Freshman year of college required.
- Skills: Knowledge of investment concepts, terminology, styles, models, strategies, and fundamental investment factors. Considerable skill in using a computer in a Windows environment with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, and other business software to prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
