Job Overview

Akoya Behavioral Health is a pioneering in-home ABA program dedicated to supporting children with autism. Our family-centric approach emphasizes collaboration between clients, families, and clinical staff.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the development of our ABA programs.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of clinical programming for a caseload of clients, ensuring high-quality services that meet individual needs.
  • Training, support, and supervision of RBTs assigned to your caseload, fostering their growth and expertise.
  • Conducting initial and ongoing assessments for clients and potential clients to inform treatment planning.
  • Data analysis and treatment adjustment for clients on your caseload, driving continuous improvement.
  • Caregiver support implementation to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Development of training platforms to enhance clinical staff skills and knowledge.
  • Designing clinical staff feedback systems to promote open communication and growth.
  • Oversight of clinical documentation quality, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Licensure as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Michigan.
Preferred Skills
  • Proven experience in managing employees and RBTs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and foster collaboration among team members.
Compensation and Benefits
