  • Developing university learning contracts within designated timelines
  • Participating in orientation and training programs
  • Shadowing certified professionals to learn CPST duties and documentation requirements
  • Providing CPST services to non-Medicaid cases
  • Co-facilitating group sessions and attending program meetings
