Medical Device Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to join our dynamic team in the United States, specifically covering Prosthetic Urology procedures. This role offers an exciting chance to work closely with Territory Managers and build relationships with key physicians and operating room staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical support, including case coverage, troubleshooting, and customer training. Additionally, they will educate customers on the merits and proper usage of our products through presentations and demonstrations.
About the Role:
- Serve as primary resource for clinical support, offering expertise in areas such as case coverage, basic troubleshooting, specialty product usage, and customer training.
- Attend cases in customer accounts, advising physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with our products.
- Educate customers on the benefits and correct usage of company products through various formats and platforms.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative solutions or collaborating with other personnel.
- Ensure timely collection and reporting of medical documentation related to procedural device operation.
- Fully support the Quality Policy by integrating quality into all aspects of work and maintaining compliance with quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or Nursing Degree.
- Outside sales experience is advantageous.
- Patient care experience is desirable (medical technician, medical assistant, nurse, etc.).
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering excellent results.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
- Dependability and perseverance in completing tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and corporate goals.
- Judgment and decision-making abilities, with escalation when necessary.

Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within Boston Scientific Corporation.
