Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties, ensuring a positive experience for our residents.
Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize common areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and dining spaces
• Wash and stock towels, washcloths, and hand towels in bathrooms
• Fold and put away laundry as needed
• Pick up and empty trash containers
• Load washer and dryer as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Current Certification in CPO or willingness to become certified within 3 months of employment
