- Team Management: Supervise and train new instructors, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Certification and Compliance: Maintain certifications and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

- Education and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., education, sports management) preferred.
