Customer Service Operations Specialist

As a Customer Service Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parcel management process. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate all shipping-related activities, including receiving, processing, staging, and delivering packages from the venue/center.
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong organizational and planning skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and meeting deadlines. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, utilizing proprietary software and equipment, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues. You will be expected to work independently, with minimal supervision, and demonstrate a commitment to quality and excellence in all aspects of your work.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all shipping-related services and activities, including package receipt, processing, staging, and delivery
* Maintain accurate records, including logs of incoming and outgoing parcels
* Utilize proprietary software and equipment to execute necessary job functions
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum six months of related experience preferred (Warehouse and/or Hospitality Experience)
* Proven strong organization and planning skills
* Action-oriented individual with a focus on customer service and results-driven performance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues
* Ability to accurately translate and record information into electronic tracking system with 100% accuracy
* Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software applications quickly
