About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Afterschool Teacher to join our team at IMA-Eastgate. As an Afterschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students while implementing engaging and educational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Monitor children's progress and development
  • Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High School and College Students encouraged to apply
  • 1+ years babysitting, daycare or school setting experience preferred
  • Ability to meet WA State childcare licensing standards for employment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are required
  • Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position
