About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Afterschool Teacher to join our team at IMA West Bellevue. As an Afterschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement age-appropriate activities that promote children's development and growth
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
  • Monitor children's progress and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a harmonious environment
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School and College Students encouraged to apply
  • Preferred experience working with children in a childcare, school, babysitting or nanny environment
  • Availability Monday-Friday 2:30 - 5:30 PM
  • Experience working with Elementary or Toddler students preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are required
  • Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position
