As a caregiver placement specialist at Royal Care Inc, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best quality service for coordinating caregiver placement, staffing, and communication with caregivers, patients, and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate placement of services between clients and caregivers.
  2. Communicate effectively with staff regarding scheduling, availability, attendance, and larger scale issues.
  3. Update documentation regularly for all caregivers and patients in HHA Exchange.
  4. Prioritize staffing cases for no-shows, callouts, or missed visits based on patient needs.
