Your responsibilities:

As an Assistant Educator, you will collaborate with our Lead Educators to encourage children to become more self-sufficient and confident in their skills. This position serves as an excellent entry point into Montessori and early childhood education, with many of our Assistant Guides advancing to Lead Guide positions over time, supported by our tuition-free MACTE-accredited Montessori training program.

This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, competitive compensation, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children enrolled at our school.
