Lead Infant Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Infant Teacher to join our Guidepost Montessori team. As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of our infant students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and understand the unique needs of each child, providing personalized support and care.
  • Prepare a beautiful and orderly environment that encourages exploration, learning, and independence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents, communicating effectively and collaboratively to ensure the best possible care for each child.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Montessori diploma for 0-3 or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience working with infants in a group setting.
  • Familiarity with child-led philosophies such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori.
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits (preferred).
