Position Summary
The Surveillance Monitoring Specialist is tasked with overseeing video surveillance systems to identify activities and report any incidents. Our monitoring center operates around the clock, necessitating a flexible work schedule.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt
Primary Duties
- Analyze and interpret surveillance footage to take necessary actions.
- Simultaneously monitor various video feeds.
- Address inquiries from clients and law enforcement regarding dispatches.
- Respond to video alarm notifications and document relevant information.
- Make outbound calls to clients and emergency contacts as needed.
- Provide basic assistance and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain high standards in Customer Service Evaluations.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service is essential.
- Ability to adhere to established protocols and resolve issues effectively.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Strong communication and basic data entry skills are required.
Work Availability:
- Must have flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Shifts may include hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, and 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.
- This is an onsite position.
