Job Title: Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN

Job Summary:

LanceSoft is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team. As a Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare team, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
  • Administer immunizations and injections, provide patient/parent vaccine counseling and education, and perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services.
  • Assess patients during intake, take vital signs, perform diagnostic tests, and perform Point of Care Testing (including COVID testing).
  • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience.
  • Help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record.
  • Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
  • Pass the FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training.
  • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.

Licensure/Certifications:

The LPN/LVN must have a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.

Education:

Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
