Key Responsibilities
  • Safety:
    • Support the implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe work environment.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
    • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Human Capital:
    • Coordinate training activities for new hires and provide feedback to supervisors.
    • Provide hands-on assistance in troubleshooting and eliminating process issues.
    • Support day-to-day operations and provide guidance on cost reduction initiatives.
  • DHP:
