We are seeking a skilled Nursing Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for supervising the direct nursing staff and managing the daily operations of the nursing team within our program.
Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care.
- Act as a liaison and communicate with the psychiatric, medical, and treatment teams.
- Manage the center's nursing activities to assure the highest quality of nursing services.
- Serve as a resource to the nursing personnel and the direct care staff to ensure comprehensive service provision and accurate documentation of care.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a valid license to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Three years (3) of nursing experience in a healthcare facility, preferably experience working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric illnesses.
- One year (1) of supervisory experience required.
- Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office applications, and data collecting/analyzing platforms.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task, to maximize efficiency.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
