Advantech GS Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Management Support II to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide programmatic support for the Global Combat Support System Marine Corp (GCSSMC) New Capabilities Development Team (NCD) project efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform program analyst tasks across multiple efforts simultaneously, identifying schedule conflicts and developing options to deconflict.
  • Provide weekly programmatic updates, generating reports, briefings, and presentations of all project activities.
  • Operate from contractor (Government) sites a minimum of two days a week and remotely on other days.
  • Support government clients and provide logistics support for the Marine Corps.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of professional experience in DoD acquisition environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences, and ability to pay strict attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience working with IT project management tools and software.
