Paramount Unified School District is seeking a skilled Television Broadcast Systems Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Television Station Operations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in RF technologies related to satellite, microwave, and primary transmission, including encoding and decoding methods, as well as equipment setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Engage with both Over-the-Air and Digital Platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Engineering Team members on project development and implementation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to various departments, efficiently resolving and addressing technical issues.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit strong computer proficiency across all aspects of the role.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Broadcast Television Station Engineering.
  • A college degree is advantageous, though not mandatory.
