Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage user accounts, workstations, and laptops effectively.
  • Work closely with IT team members to ensure systems are current and functional.
  • Assist in the organization of office spaces and server environments.
  • Distribute mobile devices and oversee the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA security standards across all systems.
  • Participate in the IT on-call rotation as needed.
  • Foster positive interactions with both internal and external clients.
  • Support the cost-effective utilization of resources and adherence to organizational policies.

Qualifications:
  • A+/Microsoft Certification or an Associate Degree in a relevant IT field.
  • Preferred experience with SharePoint and MS 365.
  • At least two years of customer service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware and Microsoft products.
