Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts, workstations, and laptops effectively.
- Work closely with IT team members to ensure systems are current and functional.
- Assist in the organization of office spaces and server environments.
- Distribute mobile devices and oversee the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA security standards across all systems.
- Participate in the IT on-call rotation as needed.
- Foster positive interactions with both internal and external clients.
- Support the cost-effective utilization of resources and adherence to organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- A+/Microsoft Certification or an Associate Degree in a relevant IT field.
- Preferred experience with SharePoint and MS 365.
- At least two years of customer service experience.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware and Microsoft products.
