Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team at TekCom Resources, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and wireless network deployment, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate costs within project scope
  • Conduct site walks and punch lists with general contractors to ensure construction close out
  • Responsible for scoping and deployment of wireless network infrastructure
  • Responsible for problem-solving issues that may occur onsite and making recommendations to ensure project and budget are maintained
  • Ensure quality control of site construction work to meet construction standards, processes, and procedures
  • Manage project closeouts and tracking
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Minimum three (5) + years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience
  • Familiarity with test equipment and techniques for performing RF Sweep test, OTDR, Power Meter and Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing for SCS
  • MS Office experience required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AT&T project management
  • Familiarity with construction management software
