Position SummaryAs a Licensed Armed Security Officer, you will protect and serve clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.
Location: Opportunities available in multiple regions.
Compensation: Competitive pay rate starting at $15.50 per hour, with options for daily and weekly pay.
Qualifications:
- Must possess an active Texas Level 3 Armed Security Officer License.
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years for armed positions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience.
- All applicants will undergo a background check in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Drug screening may be required as part of the hiring process.
- Participation in industry-specific security and safety training programs is mandatory.
- Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and executing emergency response procedures when necessary.
- React to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas, with working conditions varying by client site.
