Job Title: Senior Living Regional Sales Specialist

Oakmont Management Group is a leading provider of luxury senior living communities, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, driving sales efforts and establishing marketing plans for our communities across California, Hawaii, and Nevada. As a Regional Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing sales support, training sales staff, and overseeing sales processes at the property level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales support to communities as needed
  • Train sales staff on sales processes and procedures
  • Oversee sales processes at the property level, including Oakmont Tour Experience and Tour Process, phone calls, mail outs, and sales productivity goals
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for each community, in collaboration with Marketing Directors
  • Maintain accurate and timely hold/sold status reports
  • Evaluate lead-to-tour and tour-to-deposit ratios, and provide training and follow-up as needed
  • Manage direct mail lists for each community
  • Establish and monitor sales call expectations and efficiency at each community
  • Participate in annual sales meetings and provide ongoing training on special programs
  • Conduct mystery shops to ensure quality control
  • Establish and train new development sales teams, and provide additional support as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in senior living sales, with direct sales experience in Memory Care and Assisted Living
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English, and interact effectively with employees, supervisors, residents, and their families
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently without supervision
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 50% of the time
