Reporting Structure: Executive Chef/Sous Chef/Lead Line

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and maintain flexible scheduling availability.

  • Understand and meet target cooking temperatures and effectively utilize kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards.
Required Tools & Equipment:

Commercial Kitchen Equipment:

  • Blenders, grinders, slicers
  • Broilers, convection ovens, deep fryers, griddles, grills, microwave ovens, ranges, rotisseries, steamers
  • Cutlery including boning knives, chef's knives, and paring knives
  • Ovens such as conveyor ovens, rotating rack ovens, salamander ovens, pizza ovens, and smokers
  • Cutting machinery and domestic knives
  • Slicing machinery and food safety labeling systems
  • Point-of-sale software
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach
  • Two or more years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
  • At least six months of experience in a similar role
  • Effective communication skills with management and kitchen staff
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
  • Capability to work in a standing position for extended periods (up to 9 hours)
